Terms and Conditions

This document states the terms at which your link will be accepted for listing in the Cramer Permanent Links Directory.

You may place a link for a fee or for a fee, but if you do not pay a fee, you must add a reciprocal link to your site, in the page indicated within 24 hours, or your link will be rejected and deleted. We also provide deep links up to 3 deep.

To submit to our directory, you must also create an account so you can manage your links, and increase your bids for better placement if you desire. Please store your login information in a safe place.

By pacing a bid you agree to abide by the following terms, if you do NOT agree, please do not submit your link:

Link Policy

The webmaster makes the final decision on what is allowable and what is not. If your site is deemed "not allowed", or violates our link policy, your link will be removed and your fee refunded.
If you change your site AFTER you have been approved, and that site contains content that is deemed "not allowed" or violates our link policy, it will be removed, and no refund will be given.
We reserve the right to make a small admin charge if you want to modify your link [ see #1 & #2 above ].
Position of your link is determined by how much money you bid.
Links may be removed if it violates inclusion policy at any time.
No sites will be allowed that contain child pornography, sex with animals, or other unusual sexual perversion at the discretion of the webmaster.
No sites will be allowed that promote hate or violence against men, women, children, ethnicities, religions or animals.
No sites will be allowed that promote anarchy, civil disobedience or revolution.
No sites will be allowed that promote illegal or questionable activity such as warez download sites.
Any site, at the sole discretion of the Webmaster, that is considered unsuitable for inclusion into our directory and his decision will be final.
